Jaye has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years, and offers a holistic approach to exercise, body, mind and spirit. Specialising in functional training, weight loss, mobility and flexibility, and balance/rehabilitation training, she will use a wide range of training styles to suit her client.  Jaye also has experience with disability and exercise prescription for older adults.


Jaye will help you to enjoy exercise by catering to you and your needs, keeping you accountable, while setting realistic goals. She will show you how to minimise time and maximise results, improve confidence, make mental health a priority. Jaye is passionate about helping you stay on track to health and happiness.
