Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please make changes to your booking up to 15 minutes before your session. However, if you can, please do this as soon as possible to allow other parents notice of being able to use your spot. We have a strict three strike policy for no shows, which will result in a week ban from using the creche facilities.
