Established in 2016, our Prospect location will be the third addition to our family of health clubs. We are excited to continue our mission of promoting health and wellness in our community.​
We are a SA family owned, one stop wellness Health Club, and we're a little different to your typical commercial gym.
Fitness Factory is one of the few leading Health Clubs in Adelaide to fuse both a functional group training studio and a 24 hour gym together so you can get the best of both worlds.
Our Prospect facilities also include Steam & Infrared Saunas, a Cafe, Pilates, Yoga and Childminding facilities.

OUR CRECHE
​We understand that balancing exercise and parenting little ones can be challenging, which is why our dedicated creche team provide a nurturing and safe environment for your children to play while you work out.
Whether you're participating in a group fitness class, enjoying our state-of-the-art equipment, enjoying a coffee, or unwinding in our sauna, you can focus on your fitness knowing that your children are well cared for just steps away.

STEAM & INFRARED SAUNAS

Our Recovery Room will host multiple Infrared Saunas and a traditional steam Sauna.
