Welcome to Fitness Factory. We are an independently owned and operated 24 hour health club that strives in offering the best facilities and service!
We are passionate about helping you meet your health and fitness goals, live a healthy lifestyle, and connect with like minded people.
Here at Fitness Factory Mount Barker you'll find a fully equipped gym with Panatta Strength equipment, Functional Studio, Group Training, Pilates and Childminding facilities.

OUR CLASSES
FUNCTIONAL GROUP TRAINING
Our Group Training is designed to help you lose weight, get fit, gain energy & increase strength!
We offer a different range of classes. including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cardio, Strength and Conditioning, Hybrid (a mix of Cardio & Strength) & Low Intensity whole body circuit.
All exercises can be adjusted to suit your fitness levels.
Our trainers will educate, guide and inspire you each & every session!
PILATES & BODY BALANCE
We offer Pilates & Body Balance classes. Our incredibly talented instructors bring a gentle, warming style to their practise, leaving you feeling inspired and re-energised.
