Amy is fresh to the fitness industry, with a solid foundation of knowledge and a passion for continuous learning, she's ready to guide you through effective workouts and provide expert advice on nutrition.
Specialising in strength training, weight loss and confidence building in the gym. A mother herself, she's focused on empowering women through every stage of pregnancy and beyond. Specialising in safe and effective workouts for pre and postnatal fitness.
Amy is also one of Group Fitness Trainers instructing our Group Classes, as well as leading our Run Clubs on Sunday mornings.
