With a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Emily specialises in strength training, hypertrophy, body recomposition and pre and post natal.

 

Emily takes a personalised approach to help clients achieve their goals effectively.

 

Whether you’re aiming to build muscle, transform your body or navigate the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum exercise, Emily provides the guidance and support for lasting results.  

 

Emily is also one of Group Fitness Trainers instructing our Group Classes.
