With 9 years’ experience working as a personal trainer in the US, a bachelor's degree in exercise science, as well as his experience as a college athlete, Jake brings knowledge and passion to helping his clients in many different areas of their physical health.
Jake can aid in meeting weight loss goals, and has knowledge of and experience in nutrition coaching. He can implement corrective exercises to help improve chronic pain, injuries, and posture. He has experience in improving athletic performance in specific sports, and can implement strategies and techniques to lift more weight and increase PRs.
